So the guy said "date" and I got scared. Ended it... Before it was just "hang out" and I was fine, but it got a little too real and just shows I am not ready for that kind of commitment. I am meant to be single forever. HAHA!

I'm okay with it. Realized I got some insecurities I have to sort through first. I've been doing well with just pushing it away and not thinking about it. He understands, as he also had insecurities. I just find it easier to socialize with girls, even between my dad and I. Easier to talk about stuff and share things with my mom than dad. I wanted to try it out, definitely thinking I was ready to give it a shot. Step outside of my comfort zone. I think when things get awkward, I just 'run away'. Lots of pressure too from grandparents and extended family to get married and have kids because it's rare for an Asian to be so focused on work and not care about having my 'own' family. My parents were happy for me too, because they thought I was ready. And it was cute, until it got real. And that freaked me out. Ha! My dad is most pushy about it, talking about what will happen once they are no longer able to help me out, etc. I need a man to also do the tough/strong/technical work, lifting things, etc. he would say. So I am back to my bubble where I am comfortable. Maybe in a few years, haha.

^ You do realize you are like Lois Lane that way? I think they said that during season 9, that anytime a relationship gets truly serious, she runs away from it. lol It was also season 9 when Lois FINALLY decided not to do that anymore. lol

So, you still got sometime!

I just think probably when the perfect person come, probably things will be different.

Clark had his reasons in L/C new Adventures ...., SV and in the movies to lie to the women...sorry guys ... Clark lied to protect their safety


I got a voice mail this afternoon and I called my friend back- he's in the hospital with a heart problem we've been friends forever.
They are gonna do more tests on my friend.. but it's not life threatening yet that I know of... I'm gonna do research on the matter myself and learn something new tomorrow...

this is why I don't like Holidays...something goes wrong and they go sour. I was having a good 4th of July and will try to enjoy the Fireworks tonight. on tv after my evening exercise.
