Rant: Re-watching some of these episodes.

These episodes just makes me like Lex more than I ever liked Clark in these early seasons.

Clark looks hypocritical being friends with Lionel and hating Lex.

Lana writing is all over the place.

The fact that Clark can't be Superman around Lana because the writers turn him into the most selfish character with her his also ridiculous.

Agreed, I can't wait to get season 7 over with

There's a few nice moments here and there but overall the writing is a mess.

I got so tired of their back and fourth apparently so did the writers after the series was almost finished

It's way more bad than good for the season.

Completely agree.

It got so tiring because they both clearly outgrew each other.

So, it was all about HOW it was going to get ruined again.

Well luckily for Smallville, they got new showrunners for Season 8.

I loved Clana early season 5, and season 1-3, but they always wanted to find out ways how they will mess up and Clark lies or even Lana lies and it became too much where I couldn't even appreciate their scenes.

I loved Lana as her own character though, just not with Clark or Lex after Season 5...
