I was impressed they managed to air both parts on the same night as one episode. Very few shows were awarded that privelage on the CW.
The only other time that was done was for the finale. Which I was also happy to see both parts togther. __________________

Thought I’d watch it again. While waiting for the next episode of Stargirl.
Not surprised Geoff Johns took the opportunity to use her in this extended episode. Loved the supporting cast. It was the perfect mix of older more experienced heroes like Carter, and as Courtney put it “us new kids”. Also, great for Clark and his “work in progress” team to learn something from working with them. And, of course, they got Amanda Waller down perfectly. Pulling the strings as part of a bigger plan to prevent the “coming Apokolips”. I’m sure that will never be referenced again before the end of the show. __________________

This episode is really one of my favorite, of course my favorite from the JSA was definitely Hawkman. I just was in love with Michael as Hawkman and the banter that he shared with Oliver. lol
They got Amanda down perfectly even if I never cared for any version of the character. lol |
