I have a question, the thing that Lex found at the end of the episode, it showed the location of the Traveler right? I feel bad for Clark now. He's in so much trouble now. Watching this episode, it oddly reminded me of the Da Vinci Code. There was even a church involved.

I was actually happy with what she said to him. I may not agree with it all, but if she hadn't said anything he would've just beat around the bush and she just wanted him to step up to the plate and do something about it. Because his life was in danger, as well as the rest of the world and she just wanted him to get going. It seems he does need a little push sometimes, and she's always there to give it to him.

One thing I don't understand about Lionel moving the mansion...Did he do it so he could search for the piece himself, or to protect anyone else from finding it?

It's not the push I mind, it's that she believed that Lex should be killed because he's a threat, and Clark should be the one to do it. I can't understand or condone her advocating murder. It doesn't make her and her reasoning any better than Teague himself in this episode, they both wanted to take out Lex because he was a danger to Clark.
Clark was set to stop Lex (I think Apocalypse was a good kick in the butt for him), he went to Montreal, but it was the killing part he had problems with. And quite right too.
I kept watching and wondering if they're hearing themselves. Teague kept going about two interpretations, about Clark possibly being Saviour or Destroyer, and then he wants him to start playing god and deciding who should live or die? That is turning him into the destroyer.

As for Lionel I believe he wanted the traveler all for himself all along.
He might have been helping Clark, but as soon as Patricia showed up this season he had no problems capturing Clark and keeping him caged so she wouldn't find out who he is and Lionel would remain the only one from Veritas circle knowing the truth.

I'm glad I wasn't alone with the whole puzzle, clocks deal and Milo Rambaldi from Alias!

As far as the mantion, it was established in S1 that Lionel brought it back brick by brick...probably for that purpose. To keep the "location" of the traveler for himself.
