Forever

Clark (Tom Welling) must stop the school photographer (guest star Steven Grayhm) after he sets up a secret simulated high school and begins kidnapping students - starting with Chloe (Allison Mack) - to keep the glory days of high school going forever. Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) and Lionel (John Glover) are kidnapped and tortured by the Teagues in an effort to find the crystal. However, after Genevieve (guest star Jane Seymour) realizes Lana (Kristin Kreuk) has it, she decides to put an end to the hunt once and for all. Jensen Ackles, Annette O'Toole and John Schneider also star.
James Marshall directed the episode written by Brian Peterson & Kelly Souders.

I'm kind of excited about this one!

Awesome! Sounds like it's going to be great. I hope they don't kill Jason.. (if he tries to save Lana). Chloe gets kidnapped? Looks like there won't be much Chloe after all...

Teaser- Darn, I missed it.

Kentchen- Thank you Kents for calling Clark's crappy reasons for not going to Met U, like he should be.

Mock HS- Wow, editor of the Torch, Prom Queen, Most Likely to Succeed, going to the college of her dreams...Chloe's life does seem charmed, doesn't it? Amazing how much agony and angst that description glosses over. Wow, house of wax shoutout!

Real HS- Blech, vomit. That story of freshman year just reminds me how much of a backwards step this sudden Clana is.

Luthor mansion- Woo, Jason is hot as a baddy!

Barn- Somebody's manhood was challenged, I suppose. Um, helllllllooooooooo, Clark can "commute" to Met U in seconds. Why is everyone acting like he's a normal kid who would have to drive back??? Ooooh, BoDuke death foreshadowing? Yay, please kill him off, PTB!

Torch- Cute how predictable Chloe is that Lana and Clark can call her moves like that.

Torture chamber- Teague vs Luthors? Yay! This should be a fun little war.

Talon-Quick figuring out of the pattern, little Clarkie.

School parking lot- Lana is "most likely to be a cover girl????" Wow, yeah, not superficial love at all, ptb. Idiots. If she's such a fantastic character, how about showing that people see more in her than a pretty face. Also, nobody notices a girl turning to wax in the middle of the parking lot in broad daylight? Um, yeah, ok.

Mock HS- Hee, AM plays the "nervous girl pretending to be happy" so well. And Chloe automatically steps up and starts figuring out a way to get them all out. God, I do love me some Chloe.

Torture Chamber- Awwwwwwwwwwww, Lionel cares about Lex. Lana is the "chosen one"? Sigh, yeah, sure, why not?

Dark room- Chlark fans, don't get angry because of Clark's concerned "Lana?" He just didn't know that she'd been taken yet, while he knew that Chloe was missing.

Mock HS- Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww to the wax decapitation. That was just wrong.

Torture chamber- I loved this scene. I LOVE papa/son scenes. They were both hot when they were running away. I could sooo pull a Lilly Kane with those two. [Watch Veronica Mars so you'll get that reference ] Nooooooooooooooooooo, don't kill my pretty Jason! Ugh, Lexana again? I had hoped we were past that.

Mock HS- Oh, ew. To the FotW death and the Clunk. Little gruesome this week, ptb, no?

Meh, the Luthor/Teague stuff was good. Everything else? Not so much. It just feels like we're exactly where we were last year around this time.

Barn- Thank god it was just Bo! I was dreading a Clunk/Clois barn scene.

Torch scene- Awww, ptb, Thanks for throwing me that bone. Seeing Chloe say goodbye to her Torch was really beautiful.

End scene- Hmmmmmmm. There were so many glances and quotes that seem like foreshadowing that I don't even know how to analyze it. I find it very interesting that a Lana/Chloe dynamic is being set up where Chloe is all about moving forward and exploring new things in new places, and Lana has decided that her place is in Smallville. I know Chloe was talking about the Clana with her comment about things not changing, but I can't help but think that it's foreshadowing for just the opposite. I mean, we all know Clark's place ISN'T in Smallville. We all know that the Clana WILL change, that Clark will have to move on and change. I just love that Chloe was the voice for all that. It might be the Chloe fan in me, but I think we're obviously going to see a reversal of that last part. Lana will be the one left behind, not Chloe.

On a silly shippy note- Clark carrying Chloe's box and then Chloe taking Clark's arm at the end was adorable. It was just sweet best friendedness that I love.

You know this show should really be called "Lanaville"... I'm not even overexaggerating here.

Lana was voted "Most Likely to be a Cover Girl". WTF? Yeah, we get that she's so beautiful. Just shut up about it already. And Lionel says "Lana is the chosen one"? Whaaaaaat? Are you kidding me? I give up.

Oh and then when the camera shows who's been kidnapped, it zooms in to Lana and we hear Clark's obligatory, "Lana?" Like she's the only one who matters.

Final Torch scene. Wow. How sad for Chloe. Can I just mention why wasn't Clark there? I mean they did spend most of their time together there. Stupid idiots for not having them experience it together.

I loved Chloe when she was hitting on Brenden in the 'Torch'. Great acting there. So funny.

I don't even want to comment much on the final scene between Chloe, Clark, and Lana right now. I'm so upset. Way to rip Chloe's heart to shreds AGAIN PTB. YOU SUCK! Though it was uberly cute when she ran up to him and linked arms with him.

After the finale, I'm not sure if I'll still be watching this show next season.

Very interesting ep. I was sooo glad to escape high school that if someone decided to drag me back to relive it over and over again day in and day out, I would have to kick that person's ass. There really was alot to this ep. I guess we have said goodbye to Jason. He was kind of freaky at the end so I can't say that I am totally sad if he is truly gone. I mean the guy let his mother lead him around like a puppy dog. Can we say Oedipal complex or what?

Another thing I found interesting is that Lionel was the one who gave Lana the stone they found in China. And that he decided to shoot Jason when Jason started to point out how connected Clark is to the whole situation to Lex. Makes me wonder what Lionel really knows about Clark that Lex doesn't?

And of course it wouldn't be Smallville if there wasn't Clana. At least Clark has a legitimate reason for staying in home and commuting to school. But the only reason that Lana is staying is because Clark is, and that is really sad. I loved Chloe's line at the end about how "somethings haven't changed after all." And the rolling of the eyes that followed speaks for every tortured Smallville fan. I mean if they are serious about giving the relationship aspect another try and not making us watch another painful dance, I could give it a second shot. But I don't have that much hope in the situation. Overall, not bad. I am definitely looking forward to the season finale. Somehow I think it is going to kick some ass and totally blow us away! But that remains to be seen.

Hard to rate this episode. The "A" storyline, the wax work/FOW one, was pretty lame. Not to mention it comes on at the same time a Paris Hilton movie with the same motif is out in movie theaters. To me it was a total waste of time and didn't belong in a May Sweeps episode, especially the next to last one of the season. At least the FOW wasn't a Lana obsessed loser.
The "B" storyline, Luthors/Teagues, was actually very good. Lionel giving in to save Lex was mildly surprising. Jason has melted down as bad as Adam did now. I wonder if Lionel did shoot him to shut him up about Clark. My only question is what happened to the mother. She sure disappeared after going off to look for Lana.
I thought the Clana scene in the hallway was very sweet. You could tell that they are still in love with one another. The final scene it looked like Chloe maybe has finally gotten over being jealous of Clana and can move on now. I think it would nice to see Clana together next season but at the end of next season Clark leaves for Metropolis. But who knows, the finale looks like its going to bring drastic change to the show.

Totally. Those two things were so sweet. And the way Clark stared at Waxed Chloe was so sad.

I have a feeling this is going to start off next week's episode. I think Genevieve will be killed, possibly by Isabelle. The finale needs Isabelle and I wonder if Lana will change when she's in danger. It's just so predictable.

It was obvious that Jason would die. Even though I'm so sad, the scene was played out wonderfully. Excellent acting from everyone. Jason was just being used by his mother (sound familiar?). He didn't deserve to die. I was in shock when he got shot. I kept waiting for him to survive, but he's not invincible in this show....

Very gruesome decapitation scene and the photographer's death scene.

Next week looks amazing. Except for any Clana, it should be shocking.

Ok, I just watched it, and it didn't suck as much as i thought

the part in the cabin, and jason firing the dart at lex was awesome !!! the FOTW thing wasn't that great ... but hell, the FOTW stuff is bothering me for some eps now

I'm already looking forward to the next episode, and off course the finale !

i was kinda surprised at Lex when Jason said Clark was more connected to the stones than any1 else. Lex seemed surprised and was like "what are you talking about?" but a few episodes ago was using clark when he had amnesia and even stole the picture he drew.

and what did the fotw turn those people to? at first i thought it was freezing them, but then it looked like wax. not sure.

and i cringed when Lois did the karate kick. ugh.

Nice epi....them frozen/wax statues of the students freaked me out tho ...specially Lana ¬_¬, but that could be coz i dnt like her anyhow , she coulda stayed that way for all I care hehe

Jason ....naughty! lol...is he actually dead? or is he gonna come back miraculously?!?! heh, wouldnt suprise me if he did...even after a gun shot wound and falling however many feet into the river ...tv shows find a way to bring peeps back ^_^...I quite like Jason, so it'll be nice if he did

Before today I was sure he was dead. But I read a little paragraph about the finale in my tv guide and it mentions Jason playing a role. So I guess he comes back miraculously.
