I felt that it was obvious that Lex wasn't the killer in Zero.

Just from the start of the series felt he didn’t have it in him he may be questionable but at first he was still more towards good than bad even if grey

I love this episode.

Lex being hanged upside down in a straight jacket. Wtf. Lol

Chloe digging into Clark's past i wonder if this is the episode she finds out about him finally!!!!

So the luthors did something to Petes family. I dont remember what....
Its really sweet that Clark saved Pete in the first grade. First grader throwing a kid through a door damn.

Chloe is in big trouble for researching into Clark's adoption!!! I love it!!!

All their cows. Luther corp dumped all their hazardous waste. This dead guy did it. Ew what a creep!!

Wow the guy is just jude's lookalike its not even him.

Chloe saved the adoption file .

^ Yep... her need to find out the truth was stronger... as I mentioned she is (was) just like Lex when it came to needing to found out the truth before friendship...

Probably Chloe was thinking if Clark changed his mind down the line she'll have the file...

Yeah but I never felt like Chloe would expose Clark to the world... or be anything but a better friend. I never felt like she would use him.

I would've never thought Chloe would work with Lionel out of jealousy as well. lol But her need for truth did get the better of her at times.
If no one knew the history of ultimately Clark and Lex becoming enemies, a person would never believe Lex would turn on Clark the second he found out his secret... if anything people would think Lex learning his secret would make them closer...
I am going season 1-3, not by anything after. I felt... just me, I felt that Chloe was on the same level as Lex when it came to trying to figure out the truth about Clark...

I think the difference is that Chloe wasn't doing other questionable things.. she wanted to find truth yes but she never did it for power. Yes I was looking for it in Lex but there were some key things even early on especially how he was playing his father and lying to Clark.... It was clear he had a dark side and he loved conquerers like Alexander the Great.... where Chloe didn't. Just because she wanted to know the truth I didnt see motive for doing anything bad with the secret she was loyal. So I always believed that both of them would keep his secret, the difference is I believed that Lex would manipulate or try and use Clark where I didn't see that with Chloe.

I think for me it's difficult to judge because with judge everyone knew he and Lex were meant to become mortal enemies so it was never really going to work. With Chloe they could've went either way but I still felt her working with Lionel was trash, regardless of the reasons she did it. lol


I loved the music that played throughout this episode. lol
