The pure of heart thing had to do with Lois and Kara believing in themselves and that what they were doing was right, whereas Clark still has so many doubts about himself. That's why Darkseid couldn't take over Lois and Kara but he could have taken over Clark.

Loved the episode.

Kara: First off let me say how exciting it was to have Laura back on Smallville. It keeps the edge off while waiting for 'V' to return

Second, it wasn't all that suprising to have Supergirl come out before Clark given that Kara is more advanced than he is. It was actually pretty cool. I especially loved her outfits, they wer eawesome! Now all she's missing is the \S/.

Seeing her save was the highlight.

Lois: Thought she was amazing as always. I can never tire of her antics when it comes to going undercover.

Clark: He's been struggling with the same stuff for years; never been able to let go of what's holding him back so it was nice to see that become an issue when Darkseid saw it in him.

Oh and seeing him try to fly was great. At least he got up this time! Was it me or did his landing remind anyone else of that scene in Superman Returns when Clark learned how to leap and bound and then fell through the barn as well? I wonder if they did that as a little tribute to that movie or if it was just coincidence.

Clois: They had such a cute reunion. I was so dying for a kiss but it was fun to see them tease us. And I loved how Lois pretty much had The Blur's back and Clark could see it so he tried to cover himself up by saying "The Blur" instead of "me" or whatever.

Memorable Line: "Clark, isn't that your cousin?"- Lois.

Loved it!

Final Thoughts: Excellent episode. So can't wait for the 200th next week!

I like it, Kara it's great!love her how she came all "supergirl" and then she just mix around everytone with glasses and dark hair.

I'm getting tired of Lois always have to dressed up to get the truth, com on girl you can do it better!

Clark & Kara was great I loved their scenes, besides Kara as the teacher was a nice change!

Oliver/Chloe, aww so sweet! it was the scene that I want to see a long time ago, and then he goes to the church and talks to his parents about her

And finally! when he admit that he was Green Arrow!

Good episode. I want to see more of Darkseid.

Was Kara actually, "Pure of heart?" Or, was she saved by her bracelet?

I think, "Pure of heart," was a poor choice of words. It seemed to have much more to do with faith and self confidence, and little (or nothing) to do with purity. IMHO.

So is Laura Vandervoort going to at least appear in some episodes in the near future, if so, that'd be AWESOME. I'd have to rewatch this episode again, because I missed the first 5 min LOL, but overall good episode!
