I think they might have done the Doomsday story a bit too quickly though with that scene of him in the alley at the end of Plastique

Yeah like I think they did a better job with Zod by showing him sparingly in the first half of S9...it kind of felt to me like they rehashed info we already knew in Eternal b/c they gave us his back story in Bloodline.
