My first thought was that it was from the series finale. His head looks different in that pic.
Had to drop in the thread, since Lex has been my favorite character on Smallville since the pilot, and I haven't been on FF for a long time. I was a Lex girl at "Thanks, Dad" when he first drives to the Luthorcorp plant. Clark never stood a chance with me.  Even after so long, when I watch the pilot I'm just blown away at how alluring MR was in the role.__________________

I think it is the scene with Tess. The coloring looks right.
The bald cap made his head look different. It didn't look bad, but after 7 seasons of seeing him with a shaved head, I could tell the difference. Or maybe I just stared at Lex too much.  I don't blame him for not wanting to shave his hair again, though. At all. Michael will always be my definitive Lex, too. There's always that one actor that just embodies the character in every way, and MR is that with Lex to me. He was jut so talented, had so much charisma and presence in every scene he was in. __________________

Lol I couldn't really tell the difference between the bald cap and his shaved head...which I'm sure would annoy him

I'm still partial to MR and Lex the most, though. He just had so much charisma and presence, and acting wise he dominated almost every scene he was in.
And he looked incredibly sexy bald. Can't deny it. __________________

I always think it's funny when Michael jokes about wanting to tell women that he looks better with hair, because honestly I only find him sexy when he's bald and playing Lex
He's cute with hair too, don't get me wrong lol, but it's his Lex persona that really does it for me __________________

Don't worry, I agree.
While I think he's attractive with hair, he was at his sexiest playing Lex. It was the way he played the character...and he looked great in Lex's wardrobe. __________________
