"You know what?" he says later inside a Vancouver restaurant, huddled over a nice rib eye steak. "It's all about confidence. No matter what anybody tells you, that's what it's all about." He leans forward.
"Here's what I like about Kristin. As far on the opposite side of her as I am in terms of personality, she respects that. Because she knows that's who I am. And that's important." He chews his steak, waggles his fork in the air and says, "You know, most girls Kristin's age don't like bald guys. But I'd be interested to know who she would rather go out with, Clark Kent or Lex Luthor. She'll probably say Clark. But ask her. I want to know. But don't say that I want to know."

Kristin's Part:
But, she says, if she had to pick one character from the show to go out with, it'd probably be Lex Luthor:
"Lex is really sexy. He's got all that depth and darkness." She pauses; somewhere, Michael Rosenbaum must be smiling. But Kreuk herself is frowning. "You really don't want to date anyone you're working with," she says a little later. "That would just be weird. And awkward. And not good. Anyway, I can't think of anyone that I'd really end up with."

How's the cast getting along -- do you guys hate each other yet?

MR: Well, I ran into Kristin [Kreuk today], and we SQUEEZED each other. It's that kind of camaraderie, that kind of closeness that I think successful shows need. We get along brilliantly. We love hanging out and trying to make the show better. We're all up in Vancouver -- one of us lives there. The rest of us are there on vacation, and we don't know when the vacation is gonna end. So it helps that you're there with people you like.

Rosenbaum is prepared to deliver. His eyes dance when
the prospect of a pairing between Lex and Lana Lang is
broached. Sure, Jensen Ackles, has been signed to play Lana's new
love interest, but the spark between Lex and Lana at the tail end
of last season can't be denied - and Rosenbaum isn't even trying (How
could there not be a spark when you're hanging out with Lana?" he
says.) And he remains Lex Luthor's greatest champion, even as the darker edges leak through a bit more with every turn.

"I think Lex is the anti-hero," he asserts.
I think he's a good guy. I mean, it's a lot
harder to fight being evil than to fight being
good. Clark's always good, you know, he's
the good guy. Every episode, he saves everybody.
I'm doing everything I can not to piss people
off, not to be the bad guy, not to follow

Im thinking og doing a video later this week. Im uploading a bunch of clips from my dvds. So by the time im done doing all that work Ill be to pooped out to do one tonight. Hopefully later this week. im still trying to think of a song I want to use anyway.
