That was just insecurity inside herself she had to move past seeing as how that was only an issue with Lana.

Lana just had a different impact on him.

But in general, I just re-watched the 100th episode and I loved the conversation between Lois and Lana about Clark in that episode.

My thoughts when I saw Promise...OMG if an TV show can elicit this depth and range of emotions in a single episode...this is something extremely special.

I really felt like my emotions watching it were as strong as Clark's were.
