glad she got back thanks to Adam's character but when she was being controlled by that lady that wanted Chloe dead -

unrealistic that she should be able to fight that well after just getting the ability to walk again

From what I remembered, at first she didn't know anything about his death until 3x12 when the person who could see the future, Jordan told Lana that he thinks that Adam died.

So, the ending of 3x12 is when the pieces started flowing together.

Actually the episode that Sarah skipped in "Velocity" is the episode when Lana confronted Adam about how she read an report on him which is how she found out he died, and she was confused about it...
