No I didn't at all associated to never believed that it was a ghost or real Jonathon

but was an intense episode - John did a fantastic job in the episode, was a completely different "Jonathon" especially telling Clark to kill somebody

And when it got to the scene at the barn, he became way too desperate which gave him away.

He wanted him to kill Lionel so badly. lol

I've never watched a show with so many good looking people who can all act, and who are also LIKEABLE. That's a trifecta if I ever saw one. John Schneider is absolutely...dreamy. WOW. And I love Jonathan Kent. There's something lovely about a man who truly loves his wife and son. It doesn't get better than that.

He was a wonderful part of Smallville.

Jonathan Kent was a great character and definitely one of the strongest characters ever on Smallville.

I'm so glad we got to see him as a ghost. I still get miserably sad when I think about his death

Although I know that his death was sorta necessary because it pushed Clark closer towards his destiny, it still sucked.

When I re-watch it.... I sort of disagree and wish Jonathan stayed around longer. Because I feel as a character, season 5, 6 & 7 were the worst for Clark... I would think Jonathan death would've pushed him into a stronger character, but it felt like he became a bit weaker.

Clark main storyline was worrying about what Lex and Lana were doing....

^ yeah, those weren't the best seasons for Clark... he didn't grow up, but basically just stayed the same like he was stuck.

I totally agree. I wish he would've died later in the season (or not at all lol). He was the best father Clark could've asked for and I would just have loved to see more of them.
