One of my favourite episodes is Lockdown, and I loved when Lex made Lana an equal partner at the Talon.

Favorite scene is when Lex taught Lana how to fight.
Favorite episode of them is definitely Phantom. I felt Lana really showed her love for Lex in that episode.

Lex to Lana in 3x22: "Yeah, it's pretty clear your destiny lies far beyond the Smallville city limits. I'm just trying to help you get there. "
And of course Lana talked about what a great friend Lex was to her.

That was always an intriguing moment to me.

The episode as well because Lana obsession for Lex was actually more powerful than her love for Clark in that episode..... so... yeah, that was an interesting written episode and scene.
