I loved these two in the Perry episode.
Once Lana told Lex that Perry was being insensitive about learning more about the day of the meteor shower. Lex instantly saw how much it effected her, and told Perry to leave town.

Off hand the episode with Perry is the only one I can recall but again only up to 3x07

Oh right she steals from the cash at the Talon and he tries to stop her - I liked that scene, he was concerned for her
