this might be the moment that I melted the most with Clark on the entire show. If I was Lana here I would have tried to make a move (I'll help to dry you off..pat pat pat pat.. get closer look him right in the eyes..ehhehehe etc)

I love this character so much. Anyways, something funny I thought about.

How many times has poor Clark had to fix that barn? Can you imagine the guy at the lumber yard.... back again so soon? I mean I guess he could cut down trees himself on the land but eventually there wouldnt be enough for that.

So many times he did damage it himself. I love that look after he breaks something when he's upset... like ugh damn it. Poor guy can't even take it out on a punching bag.

Luckily Clark had his superpowers which made things much easier when it came to repairs but yep.

it his hilarious to think about how many times he had to do that.

One thing I love about this show is... on the surface everyone would love these powers. But I feel like the whole show was about how much it sucks to have them. The sheer weight of the responsibility.. the self restraint to only use them for good.. then the weight and destruction keeping such a secret has. They really do a great job of showing with great power comes great responsibility. I mean I could understand why Clark just wanted to be normal. Then could you handle all that power? How easily it can corrupt a pwerson... too much money and fame seems to have a similar effect on many. It takes great character and strength to do what is right and good. To not take advantage for your own selfish desires. This is why I admire this character. Even if it makes him self righteous at times. He inspires everyone to choose to do what is right and bring them out of the darkness. Even if you take away those powers having him as a friend would be amazinf.

Yep! I would assume it'd be assume to have all of Clark's abilities until you realize that you always have to lie and make excuses and of course you have that green k weakness. So it's good and bad of having them but I'd assume it'd be a burden because you'd probably think there is so much more you are meant to be. You'd have to feel somehow like a God.

That kind of power... it would be a huge huge challenge to stay grounded and to have humility. You could easily use them to be a king to rule the world....to make unilateral decisions about the world...turn the faith of War and destroy people in power you didn't like. You have to have a clear purpose and self control....and realize that you are just a person.

I think that is why whenever others had his powers it did not end well. Lana had to prepare herself and use Clark as a model to guide her.
