Agreed, and I loved in the beginning he wanted to try to control it and stop the beast but of course it got worst and worst.

I still remember so vividly the scene where he is washing off all the blood. He was covered with blood.

I wish I could just delete 5 episodes from this season for it can be the greatest season ever.

Actually 4 episodes.

#2 - 4 just unnecessary, added nothing to the story and didn't continue what the season storyline. Davis and Lois of course were MIA from that and the Lana arc was a disaster.... I don't mind her being there, but she had to become Supergirl to be an equal to Clark? WTF? lol Horrible storyline.... I think I actually would have felt better if they got together with Lana NOT receiving powers because it was so poorly done especially since Lana KNEW how to fight. This would make sense if this was the weak helpless Lana from season 1-2. In the later seasons, Lana learnt how to defend herself so I did not buy that she needed Clark powers to finally find her purpose seeing as she happily found her purpose without it and she seemed very content in her life...


Season 8 was a terrific season and than "Bulletproof" episode happened and the greatness quickly died down...

I actually did watch this season live... season 4-10 I watched live so... yeah. lol

Do you remember which seasons you watched live? or you can't remember.

I loved season 8 when I was watching live but I knew for sure what episodes I wouldn't watch again. lol

I stopped mid-way into Season 8. I think Requiem was the episode I stopped watching live! So I only had the rest of Season 8 to watch and all of Season 9 before the last season aired.

I remember missing it due to something going on and just got behind. I didn't know of less than legal ways to watch stuff so just waited for the DVD to come out. I guess I just cared less after missing so much. I didn't intend to catch up but heard it was ending and it made me sad and I decided I didn't have too much to catch up on. Ha! Smallville is the show I've followed the longest ever so was running out of stamina. It was worth it though!
