I loved this season but the Lex arc episodes. EASILY the highlights.

My main likes: Ian Somerhandler as Adam Knight! I loved Adam Knight on this show and I loved the beginning of Adam/Lana's relationship because Adam didn't like Lana being self pity and that's what Lana needed. He was a mixture of Whitney and extreme. The Crisis episode. One of my favorite of the series and I can't explain why. I just love it!
LEX! LEX! LEX! this season for MR to deliver some great acting was so on point.
Introduction of Perry White in such a great episode. Clark finally gets a new power!
The introduction of one of my favorite ships Clark/Alicia!
It hurt, but sadly the Clark and Lex friendship coming to a clash.

My main dislikes: Lionel Luthor, I just wanted to punch him in the face. Clark not being with the Kents for that little time. It really was so sad to see how hurt Martha was.

I've watched a single episode I'm taking my full 2 days off - so MAY watch some more BUT also got some catching up on board watches to do
