Smallville - General Reminder of the Rules: Read and Respond

Hey guys,
We’ve noticed the current change in the board atmosphere as of late. Lynn has already addressed this problem, but we’ve noticed that her suggestions have often been overlooked so we’re issuing a general warning. Right now there is way too much negativity on this board. Being upset when your favourite character does not receive a lot of screentime is perfectly understandable, however continually complaining about doesn’t do much good either. We feel that it is best to at least mix the good things with the bad...if you occassionally feel the need to vent about your disatisfaction with the direction TPTB are taking your favourite character/ship, feel free to do so, but do not make a habit out of it. Also please remember to talk about specific ships/characters in the threads that are devoted for them. One of rules on this board is:

Please keep the discussions on topic about character/ship that thread is dedicated to. Meaning no discussion of Actor/Actresses/Characters/Ships in threads that aren't meant for them.

This means that we do not want to see fans of a particular ship complaining about another ship/character in their thread.

Another thing we noticed was that some posters seem to think they can post whatever hey want as long as a mod does not step in and say something.
Please note now that this kind of behaviour/attitude does not fly with us. When you join

you agree to follow the rules of the forum and the specific rules of each board you post on. We should not have to step in and remind you to follow the rules and tell you which rules you are breaking.

To those of you who do continue to follow the rules and encourage positive thinking we truly do appreciate your efforts, so please continue doing what you are doing. Once again we remind you to adhere to the rules and guidelines on this board so that posting here will be a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for listening.
