The bug guy died in Metamorphosis. But he was also out to kill Clark. Something heavy fell on him. So indirect kill, but still a kill. xD Though I think it was an accident. Clark always tried to save them, even if they wanted to kill him.

Actually he returned in the same episode that Brainiac 5 first appeared.
