Yeah, same. I have been limiting screen time. You may see a few teams off under my username soonish. I have been debating to just leave or give a leave of absence until January. For personal work/stress reasons and mental health reasons work has caused. Posting has kept me sane and can post on my boards quickly, unlike other duties.

Leaving teams ago. Understandable though because it is time consuming.
Well definitely do whatever you can to have less stress. You can't keep doing something that just brings you more stress, sometimes a leave of absence is a perfect thing. You aren't a robot. lol So, you need the stress reliever and break.

The leave of absence has been approved already for CT and GT, but I am just thinking if it should just be a permanent leave at this point because lots of changes are going on at work and some uncertainties. I don't feel comfortable discussing here and it be public, so I'll PM you the craziness that is my world right now.
