Neither.... Lana could not be married to Clark because of his secret midway through the episode.... JorEl tried to take her life and Clark would not have it...so he went back in time...and JorEl took the life of Jonathan instead and Lana stayed alive.....by the end of the episode..Clark didn't have Lana OR his Dad.
It was another lesson that with all the Powers....you can't stop bad stuff from happening |

Even though we know what Jor-El said, I never really blamed Jor-El for it.
I felt Jor-El was the guide to tell Clark that his decisions have consequences. The clock rewind in the 100th episode made Lex and Lana even more closer because of Clark lying. |
