I suspect a lot of people see Chloe/Lionel together in the title, and are like "Erm is that a shippy thread, don't know if want"
 But really they did have a very interesting dynamic over the years. Considering how it started off in late season 2 with Lionel trying to seduce Chloe into evil, then season 3 with Chloe getting the upper hand. And by the time of season 6 and Zod Lionel saved Chloe's life! From Lionel trying to kill Chloe in Covenant - having dinner together in Rage, who would have though  Lionel scenes were always very interesting to me, I loved his scenes with Lex and with Chloe especially, and all of the actors talked about how interesting he was to work with __________________

 I'm sure that puts people off.JG is a great actor and makes alot of scenes better. He definately has chemistry with Allison, though. I kinda like the crush Lionel has on Chloe though.  __________________

John Glover was so funny talking about that on the Transference commentary when everyone else was trying to back him away from that
Tom has said that John privately gave him his own thoughts on Lionel for the Transference episode, and that's what Tom was working off in those scenesJust cause     __________________
