And I think the problem is them not spending enough time on Chloe's point of view. If any character would be interesting to see in therapy it would be Chloe! Instead they spend a lot of this season brushing aside her character and just presenting her as this cold and rather unfeeling person, instead of having her open up about her feelings on the Davis and Jimmy mess from last season, and feeling like she needs to take those lessons on board etc. Instead it's just like she's suddenly talking about stockpiling weapons because she no longer trusts Clark, and that has left a lot of the audience confused because we're not seeing the reasoning behind her actions. It's easy enough to make sense of when you discuss it on message forums, but it's something they need to include on the show too in order to avoid doing the character a disservice

Exactly. I can't fault her for stockpiling the weapons. She'd preparing for the worst possible out come and given Clark's retarded hug Zod plan. Now he's given Zod the key to given a bunch of people bent on world domination the power to do so. His terroristic actions of bringing down those towers without so much as making sure innocent lives were not at stake doesn't instill me much faith in Clark. Somebody has to prepare for the worst.

Just watched some of that episode last night and I have to say, that death scene was really well done. Sad...but well done!

I'm guessing they wouldn't want to give away her contract status too early, but instead keep us guessing on Chloe's fate like they always do

I' so tired of seeing her "dying". Something like that shouldn't be a running joke and it's not funny. If they do it this season again I'll be really disappointed about their "creative" ideas.
