She's tied right now for Top spot so interesting to see where things go from here - its pretty much as it was back than, Chloe/Lex held top spots

^ That's how I assumed it would be.
I think one thing we can definitely agree on is Chloe. First 3 seasons she sadly wasn't my favorite. It's when the later seasons happen and she learns Clark secret where she becomes a better character.

I just think more focus was on Lex in the first 3 seasons and Chloe was alright but no where near amazing

^ That and the writers felt it'd be better have Chloe pinning over Clark then really having a good storyline.

Unfortunately I was so happy when she found out Clark's secret and she could use her investigative skills to help him. That was so much better.
