| Congratulations!  I think Harry would declare his love (I really hate that term.  ) first. And Luna would either thank him and then say it some time in the future, or thank him and return the feeling. I like the thank him and then say it sometime in the future better, because it involves Harry possibly worrying about things, but the other is just as possible.
