Well, I've always picture Harry blurting it all of a sudden, after he spent the WHOLE day trying to find the right moment, but someone always ruined it. Just like in Committed (shocking!) when Nate tries to tell Marni that he loves her, but EVERYONE loves Marni, and her best friend even says it to her. Then after Nate goes all "I love you. Also.
