My break has been going well so far. Finals were fine. Not all of my grades have been posted yet, but I'm pretty sure I got all As.

So what have I missed here while I've been away?

Well, you haven't missed much. I'm a mod now, which is yay

And Criminal Minds is finally getting a board next month (assuming it won't be magically beaten by any of the other TV Shows/Music Artists)

I'm not keeping track with anything related to HBP, since I might skip the movie after all. Visie related... since we're 5 threads away from #50, I'm already putting things together. If you wish to contribute with anything for the 50th thread, just PM me with it. Oh, and I'm not counting the poem just now because I hope you're aware that you have to write a poem for the 50th thread. Really, it's not like you'll have the option of not writing it

Why might you not see HBP? I'm really excited about it.

Our 50th thread will be beyond amazing.

Everyone's so friendly and it's been my safe haven ever since I started posting there. So yeah, I'm loving

I'd rather not to talk about HBP, 'cause you know, it'd be bashing

Let's just say it involves H/G and Michael Gambom's portrayal of Dumbledore. And the lack of Luna, 'cause I'm sure they'll not include her as much as she deserves

But oh well.

Oh Ana honey, don't worry too much about HBP, apparently the H/G scenes have already finished filming, H/L's date and Luna Quidditch commentary is a definite and they sound like they are putting in extra Luna scenes.

I'm more worried about the whole Hermione/Ron/Lavender triangle, especially the fact Kloves is back! *groans*

I understand, I am personally worried myself... it was my least favorite book... namely because Harry was acting like it was book 4 all over again, just replace Cho's name with Ginny's....

Dumbledore told me I need to do something, well I'll just ignore him, that worked out great last time... gahh! I felt like Sirius did for nothing...

Luna and the time Harry spent with her were the saving grace for me. Well that and book seven made me enjoy the Snape bits. Okay Ron and Hermione's bits were okay as well...

Okay I got it off my chest. That feels better.

In other news my friend who is just now reading book Seven cannot get why Harry would end up with Ginny after great Harry/Luna connection showing moments like at the wedding. When Ginny had to be told but Luna just knew he was Harry.

Could I please be added to the shipper's list? I probably won't see the 6th movie. I'll just wait until it gets on DVD and just watch the scenes that I want to see (H/L love, the cave scene-if it is good-, etc).

I'm prepared for the worst of the worse, if it turns up to be good... well, wouldn't that be nice? Also, I really don't think they'll keep H/L's date

Indeed

Especially Slughorn's party. The whole "should I dye my eyebrow too" exchange was so cute, and their little interaction at the party was squee-worthy. I loved how holding her hand felt so natural.

Now, now, doesn't that say a lot. Personally, I think JK was handing us gold when she made Luna to be the only one who recognized Harry. The possibilities are endless, it shows that she's the only one who can truly see him. It's never been Harry, the hero, she never put him on a pedestal or idolized him. Their relationship has always been about honesty, respect and friendship. JK set the foundation for us, it's only natural that we prefer H/L over H/G.

Thanks you guys for the welcomes! Anyway, I really do agree with you, Ana Luther, about Luna being the only one to recognise Harry.
