Yes he got that wand from Dumbledore's coffin. And they didn't show Dumbledore's funeral in the movie too.

I can understand why they cut it because they do have a time limit for the movie but yeah...I would've loved to see that. And mostly because there's also a cute RHr moment during the funeral.
