Draco Malfoy.
Draco Malfoy is a sarcastic, snobbish, rude Slytherin, and has been Harry's enemy ever since they met on the Hogwarts Express their first day at Hogwarts. Though generally perceived as evil, Malfoy's true character is revealed when he is given a dangerous task by the evil Lord Voldemort in the sixth installment of the series.

Tom Felton was born in London on the 22nd September, 1987. He has been acting since he was 8 years old and is most famous for his role as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter series. The Brat Prince Of Slyth'rin:

Now this is the story all about how, my life got flipped, turned upside down,
I'd like to take a minute, so let me begin,
and I'll tell you how I became the prince of a house called Slyth'rin.

In Malfoy Manor born and raised,
in the dungeons was where I spent most of my days,
duelling, hexing, chillin' wit' Crabbie 'n' Big G,
playin' some Quidditch, mackin' wit' Pansy,
when my father's Death Eaters, who were up to no good,
started making trouble in my neighbourhood,
I performed one little Curse and my mum was grim,
she said, "You're off to Hogwarts to become a Slyth'rin!"

I begged and pleaded, tried to show her who's boss,
but she packed up my trunk and sent me off to King's Cross,
I climbed 'board the Express and what filth did I first see?
The Weasel, the Mudblood and bloody Saint Potty.

I found me a carriage a ways down the hall,
its password was "Pureblood", and it had a snake on the wall,
if anything, I thought this was where I fit in,
So I said to my peeps, "Yo, home to Slyth'rin!"

We pulled up to Hogwarts 'bout seven or eight,
and I yelled to the giant, "Yo, half-wit, smell you later!"
I looked at my kingdom, I was there to begin,
my reign on the throne as the prince of Slyth'rin.

Being a bit snobbish and a bit of a jerk is one thing, such things happen and while they are not by any means admirable they are also not what makes a person evil. Yes. I love what we got in HBP and Tom was incredible but I hated how we didn't get more. Because there was so much more to be shown.:( I don't understand why they did HBP the way they did. I love it but honestly that is only because of what Draco scenes we did get. And I loved him on the Astronomy Tower except for that line change but even then it was still so intense and so well done.

I agree so much about HBP. Tom's performance as Draco was stunning, so emotional and powerful in many ways, but I wish he had gotten more screen time. For me, he stole the movie (which I;m not find of overall, to be quite honest. HBP is probably my least favourite in the series, but Draco scenes were pure gold) even during those few scenes, imagine how great it could have been if he had gotten more? I still feel it was such a waste.

I read online after HBP was shown that there wasn't anything spectacular about Tom's acting at the Astronomy tower. It was "expected" just as it was in the books. :rolleyes:

mary ksand - I so agree about Tom's performance. So incredible.

The only reason I like HBP movie and book was only because of the Draco stuff we got. All the other stuff I didn't care too much about. Though the movie frustrated me more because of how they cut Draco's character.

Lindsay - So agree. It's pretty frustrating how they went about it.

That makes no sense to me. I guess I can understand if people don't like his acting. To each their own. But to say it was like expected and like the book... wouldn't that mean they liked it or... I don't know. Maybe I'm just being slow but I don't get it.

I guess people were expecting more, movie-wise? I find it amusing reading the reviews about Tom/Draco during HBP and I never forget the ones I disagree with. ;)

I don't really like what he's wearing but hey, that's Tom's style. :D

That I can understand. But even though Draco's stuff was cut short and not the way it should have been I think what we did get of him was incredible. He did a fantastic job with the material he was given.

Taking that there wasn't that much Draco i nthe book, even though definitely more than in the movie, what we got of Tom's performance was a fantastic piece of work. He was by far the best thing about the movie for me and HBP is my least favourite part of the series in both medias.

i actually like his outfit because it's so unique...it's his own unique style.....and if he's comfortable then who are we to say otherwise?

i need to adjust to seeing him with his natural color...i got so used to the Draco Malfoy bleach blonde.....but both colors are very sexy...

That's the thing. They could've used his chops as an actor to give him more scenes but instead we got emo scenes with barely no lines at all. Oh well, it's done but by the end of the movie, I'd forgotten about it because my emotions were all over the place at the Astronomy Tower. :sigh:

He is definitely the best parts and the only reason I care for either book or movie. Though to be fair as much as I enjoy the movies and books overall I actually prefer fanfic.

FallenAngelCastiel - He definitely does still look good.

Lindsay - They really should of used him more. His acting is amazing and he could of pulled off all the scenes. Plus Draco was a huge part of the plotline so just making him mop for most of the movie was frustrating.
