What is a Slytherin?

Slytherin is one of the four Houses at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and is traditionally home to students who exhibit such traits as cunning and ambition. Its emblematic animal is the snake and its colours are green and silver. Founded by Salazar Slytherin, the house is composed mostly of pure-blood students, due to its founder's mistrust of Muggle-born witches and wizards. Slytherin house has a negative reputation, with many claiming that it is the source of most Dark Wizards in Britain, notably Tom Marvolo Riddle, a.k.a. Lord Voldemort, as well as many of his Death Eaters (followers). It has a traditional rivalry with Gryffindor.

Slytherin corresponds roughly with the element of water.

^ ARGH! I hate snakes so much! :(

I like it, but it depend on what kind of snake.. One thing that I hate to feed it by using live mouse and after that, I was like nope.. I ain't do that..

Oh yeah, so you feed snakes with a mouse? That's how it eats? UGGGGGGGGHHHH.

Yeah, unless if they have specific diet, but they need to survive to eat meat.. But mouse.. yup..

I also wouldn`t want a snake as a pet.

Nah, bec my mother refuse to be around it when it jsut her alone.. But at least my brother know someone to sell.. Plus I don't think this pet grow..

Not all of them.. Some snakes are domesticated that you can and some shouldn't be domesticate when some snakes belong in wildlife...

^ Though I guess the fangs have to be taken away so they can be pets?

I really can't wrap my brain on making snakes as pets when we have cats & dogs that are so easy to take care of. :lol:
