| I know that FHM is not a tabloid, and I wouldn't be surprised if Rupert did admit to having a past crush on her in his interview with them. (Like Laura said Dan mentioned something about that in Teen Vogue). But it sounds like the Telegraph just 'misreported' a lot of what they're claiming him to have said here. Maybe to make it seem like his crush still existed?
