In continuation of the list of scenes we'd like to see on GoF:

- R/Hr sharing a dance which leads to arguing.
- Arguing that leads to an almost kiss.
- After Ron and Hermione storm away to their dorms, the entire Gryffindor House pulls out their biddings and Ginny plays hookie.
- R/Hr tumbling on top of each other while going up the hill to the portkey.
- R/Hr becoming so intent in their own conversation that Harry is left out.
- Hermione grabbing Ron as he slips and fall as they run through the forest.
- Hermione worried that Ron might be hurt when he tripped over a tree in the forest.
- Ron and Hermione sitting under a tree while Harry is pacing in front of them in the "Dark Mark" episode.

Seeing some of the recent incidents with the aurors, I decided to write a Pro-Ron essay, which won't be long because:
1. I think it's unnecessary to state Ron's qualities over and over again, the only people who don't see them have some serious issues and bias towards our Ronniekins, maybe he is in the way of some certain ship preference?
2. I'm not very good with essays :-S
3. My English is not that good

Ron - the underrated one
So I was getting sick of all the Ron bashing going on recently and not so recently. I still can't believe that some people questions the importance of him in the books and in Harry's life. Let’s prove that he is more than just a comic relief and a funny sidekick. I’m gonna use JKR quotes and some from the book, and you will se that this was not the intention of the author. Look at the complaint:

1. Ron is easily replacable in Harry’s life
Erm, no he is not Let’s see what JKR things about Ron:

What so special about this quote? It proves that Harry and Ron is inseperable, there is no Harry without Ron, if Harry would be a girl so would Ron. This show show important they are to eachother (the Harry/Ron shipper in me is jumping with joy hearing this quote) as friends.

What? It wasn’t Hermione who came up at the same time as Harry?? No, it was Ron! Hermione was thought up later apparently, so another clue that Ron is vital character. I can’t help myself quoting again what I said a few threads back:

Harry would be a Slytherin and would have either become an introvert or a bully with Hermione being one of his victims. So the most Important thing that Harry or Hermione has ever learned has come (originated) from Ron they learned because of him and from him how to live and to be friends and even Hermione knows this. And as for Ron’s intelligence: School has never been a good measure of ones intelligence and as I heard from a chess player and playing chess or trying to play I know that you have to be very very very intelligent to play it never mind be good at it. So sail what ever ship you want but please don’t belittle Ron’s importance to the trio because u also belittle JKR when you do.

I read this in another forum, not word by word, because I forgot it But it was about Ron qualities that Hermione lacks. Because we have heard the ways in which Hermione is better than Ron. What about the ways in which Ron is better than Hermione?

He's funnier, cooler, makes friends more easily, plays chess better, plays Quidditch better, is apparently more athletic, has more physical courage, is better at not freezing in tense situations, knows how to cheer people up and release tension, has more appreciation for good food and good times, understands people's feelings where Hermione misses them (especially Harry’s, we all remember that Ron knew that Harry needed space and often stopped Hermione to say something, etc...) is warmer and more personal, more open, more trusting, more tolerant, more expressive, has more family influence and contacts, gets his friends tickets to the Top Box at the Quidditch World Cup

2. Ron is jealous of Harry look at the fight in GOF, he will betray him

After I finished LMAO I have to say that that’s the biggest pile of bollocks I’v ever heard (aside...no, I won’t finish, I don’t want to be banned, ) It’s really pathetic that some people use this incident which was ages ago to bash Ron...as jKR said (I couldn’t find the exact quote damnit) it was either boys fault just as Harry’s as Ron’s. It must have been done, so Harry and ourselves could understand Ron more.

Poor Ron, he rarely shows it but we know that he has a very low self-esteem, this scene in book for was necessary for character-improvement and for the relationship between him and Harry (not that kind of relationship, you pervs ) Just look at how much Harry misses him, he is miserable without Ron. He has no fun...And as for betraying Harry...he is the last person I expect betray from! Even when they were fighting/not talking to eachother he didn't betray him, he didn't said things about Harry, didn't laugh at him, etc...he just had to deal with his own issues.

I mean facing your biggest fear just to help your friend is nothing, stand up to them all the time, etc...Ron, you are a coward! )

Therefor Harry would be weaker, because I don't think many Slytherins would want to friend him, not because all sly.s are evil but because of Draco Malfoy, who can be a bully/wannabe evil/shallow person but still holds a lot power amongst the others in his house. Who knows? Harry could have gone all goth with black clothes, make up, listening to Marilyn Manson and Children of Bodom
