The hand-holding bit in PoA, definitely.
But I hated that they changed Ron's response to Snape when he was subbing for Lupin.  __________________

In the book, it was all "Ron, who called Hermione an insufferable know-it-all at least twice a week, got angry blah blah blah."
(Didn't feel like fetching my copy). It was adorable in the book. Of course, there were lots of bad things added to Ron's character...like switching the Devil's Snare, what the heck? Movie!Hermione was enough of a Mary Sue without that, thank you very much. __________________
