Did you see the trailer for the HBP video game? It shows Bellatrix casting the unbreakable vow on Snape it looks fantastic! I can't wait to see the real thing.

A Snape/Alan story told by Tom Felton in an interview.

So in a scene where Draco is walking fast behind Snape through the Great Hall, the director told Tom to stay really close behind him. Alan turned to Tom very Snapeish and said, "Don't [expletive] step on my cloak!" So Tom was worried about that all the while the director [was] telling him to walk closer. Well he did step on it in the end, choking Alan. But then other people did it later too, so he didn't feel too upset about it.

I always hope that we'd get bloopers in the DVD, but the only one I can remember is Clemence falling a bit in GOF
