Yeah and both Newt & Jacob were inside the suitcase. She reported it because she knows that the suitcase is illegal. And so that's why they arrested Newt but Tina was also questioned soon after right?

And I think Tina was only questioned because Grindelwald was posing as Graves and he doesn't care if Tina works for MACUSA.
