True but for now magic can protect Jacob. Like in part 1, with his memories wiped. Even though I think Jacob won't tell anyone about magic but they were also being cautious with him. As long as the magic benefits him and not when it doesn't, for example, the love potion Queenie put on him.

There's definitely planning with a lot of help from Dumbledore since he knows how Grindelwald's mind work (they were BFFs at one point). But I want to see a rescue at least towards the end of the movie.
