Indeed especially Dumbledore & McGonagall. I was teary-eyed when Hagrid was carrying a "dead" Harry in DH2.

Harry has become Hagrid's family. Harry is very lucky that even without parents, a lot of people loved him.

Come to think of it, Harry didn't really have it bad without both of his parents because he is so well-loved. Yes the Dursleys were horrible to him but the fact that people who aren't even his family were good to him goes to show that Harry was taken care of and was loved.

Yes because of what that creature supposedly did to Draco which wasn't the case because Draco was taunting it. Lucius had to interfere so Hagrid got fired.
