3 months is pretty quick, imo. You can't really know someone in that span of time so yeah. Maybe this time apart will help them? At least I hope it will. They both need time to develop their relationship before getting married. But also maybe because back then, women are so eager to get married? And couples marry at a young age too?

I agree plus was in 20s, most people get marry quickly bec of immigrant, wars, etc, etc.. I mean..

That could probably explain why they were in a rush too. It kind of seems to me back then, young couples are always in a rush to get married.

I'm glad we had that conversation because now I sort of understand why they want to marry (or mostly Queenie). I have to remember that this is the 20s/30s and what applies back then doesn't apply now and that's why we'd think differently about situations now.

Yeah, it wasn't that usual to wait long or even live together without marriage and I think Queenie got tired of hiding their wizard-nomaj-relationship.
(Another reason could theoretically be pregnancy, but I hope JK doesn't go for that kind of story line with them.) |

Yikes no. I hope Queenie isn't pregnant unless she used another love potion on Jacob in which case that's so wrong on all levels and I can't fathom that.
