If Dan & Alison are in the UK now, surely Katherine is also there. But then again, I haven't seen any pics of Dan & Alison in the UK except for that picture Dan took in his IG.

That seems to be the case. They were quite strict about BTS in the last movie as well. I mean at least I didn't see anything spoilerish back then.
