Percy was a Prefect and a Headboy at Hogwarts and he wrote all O.W.L's and got top grades from N.E.W.T. He got into the Ministry of Magic year right after graduating from school and worked under Bartemius Crouch seniour at the Department for International Cooperation. After the Crouch incident it was believed that his career would be sunk, but then he got promoted and became a junior assistant to the Minister for Magic Cornelius Fudge. Unfortunately this caused a fight between Percy and Arthur and he fled home. He send an awful letter to Ron and returned his Christmas jumper to Molly. He remained at the Ministry even after the truth came to light.

Percy remained as a employee under the new Minister for Magic Rufus Scrimgeour and visited home on Christmas eve 1996. However, he fled after getting food thrown at him. He visited Dumbledore's funeral with other Ministry employees. Percy didn't attempt Bill and Fleur's wedding much to Molly's grief and he continued working in the Death Eater invaded Ministry. He, however, made a comeback and returned to his family just before the Hogwarts battle, apologizing his parents. He fought beside Fred and jokingly made a resignation for Minister for Magic Pius Thicknesse (whom he turned into a sea urchin). Fred, overjoyed by Percy's joking, died in a explosion. He didn't want to leave Fred's body and protected it before they put it safe. After that Percy ran after Rookwood who was believed to have caused the explosion.

Percy survived the battle and years later became a highly-ranking official under Ministry for Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt. He married a woman named Audrey and had two girls name Molly and Lucy.

I hoipe he doesn't die in the seventh book. I think a Weasley will die. I hope it's not the twins but they've made themselves targets just as Fabian & Gideon did.

Yeah, true. But somehow I think it's one of the oldest ones, 'cause you "can't" kill someone like Ron or Ginny, who are important to Harry... or something. Heck, the whole Weasley family is important for Harry, except at the moment Percy seems to be left out of the "Weasley family" meaning.
