Yeah and I notice that he doesn't talk a lot in this movie, but it's all about his body language or his eyes expression that you know what he's feeling at that moment..

Especially during the first half of the movie, he doesn't talk much because he doesn't like opening up to people. Towards the end though when he saw that his creatures were being harmed, that's when he spoke up a lot.

Correct. Newt is kinda introvert, shy, likes to keep his thoughts and problems for himself and self-contained. That's why he keeps quiet most of the time but only opens up to his creatures. He considers them his family where he can talk and act freely with them. See how his relationships with them are deep like He and Pickett or he and Niffler. They seem persons to him more than the real persons out there, out of his suitcase.

I love it when he talks to them them, I feel like the creatures are his children. He knows them a lot and probably has a favorite (the Bowtruckle). I wonder though when Newt started to bring all those creatures and put them in a magical suitcase?
