He's born March 10, 1960 so he's 59 y.o. now. I'm not sure what year he married Tonks but it was roughly after Dumbledore's funeral.

Their backstories were pretty much non-existent in the movies which is understandable. But at least their relationship (and some backstory) was explored in the books.

They were probably still alive when their body was found and then died eventually. Yes I'm gonna speculate on that.

In the book, it was a Death Eater and Bellatrix that killed them and they died together.
