Andromeda is one of my favorite characters.

If we're going to add a fan fiction list to the original post, here's a completed fanfic of Andromeda's journey from believing in her family's values to discovering that they are completely wrong: The Call. It also lays the foundation to Sirius's beliefs changing.

And the idea of fighting frightens her even more, enough so that she’s often found in the common room in the middle of the night because she can’t sleep.

I really like Keira Knightly as a teenage Andromeda.

That's an interesting description for a role play. I like parts of it, but the fact that people have Andromeda around the same age as Sirius & Regulus kind of irritates me. The Black Family has Andromeda's birth between Bellatrix- 1951 & Narcissa- 1955. Logically that means Andromeda was probably born around 1953. She would have already left school when Sirius was a first year.
