Good question. Maybe she hangs out with the rest of the teachers or they go to Diagon Alley and eat at the local pubs and restaurants there?

Yeah there are a lot of pubs and restaurants there that Hogwarts professors can hang around and talk. Remember in POA they were at this place and the teachers were talking there and Harry overheard them because he was inside the Invisibility Cloak?

I do think kids aren't allowed in that place cause they might sell liquor for the adults. But of course Harry with the Invisibility Cloak was able to go inside...
