| Yay, I'm so glad David Yates won! I think he really deserved it. He seems like a genuine guy, too. | Director's usually still show up for these type of things. So they could have still been filming or the others needed a rest and Yates still would have shown up even if he was completely knackered or needed to make a quick dash to the awards. About time James won!!!!!! | I'm SO happy for David Yates! He's by far my favorite HP director and he deserves the award. They did film some special effects stuff today over on a bridge, so they were filming stuff today even though David wasn't there. Bonnie was supposed to film on Friday (ETA: I'm not sure what exactly got canceled on Friday though, as according to the extra on IMDb, their scenes got canceled. Another girl on IMDb said something with Slytherins and Matt Lewis was being filmed, though) and is supposed to be filming this Monday-Wednesday (unless, you know, things get canceled or switched around again). *cough* thanks to myspace comments *cough* So that's why I expect she's not there. Probably similar reasons for Rupert and Dan. The whole filming schedule seems to be a bit behind, though, because many scenes keep getting pushed and switched around. | It's the fact that he wasn't nominated is what annoyed me. It's nice to be given a nod when it's deserved. I agree he wouldn't have won because of DDL, but yeah a nod would have been nice.
