Did you guys notice Hagrid standing amidst a crowd of students while someone (McGonagall?) shoots a spell into the sky? It looks like it might be after the Ginny comforts Harry scene. I wish they had shown a quick flash of Ginny holding him. The only downside to getting more news is that it makes me want even more.

I just adore that both H/G and R/Hr have similar shots with the pairs standing together looking aft. Coincidence? Probably, but it's so cute regardless.

ETA: Yes it's at the bottom of the Astronomy tower scene. You can even see everyone looking down. So Harry and Ginny are what they are looking at. That and Dead Dumbledore of course

ohh and Dean's there too. That must burn a little. Watching his former girlfriend comfort Harry in her arms.

I LOVE the new trailer!!!! While the ending of the trailer is a bit OCC, (I don't mind Harry checking other girls, he is a teenage boy after all) but it's Romilda Vane. Harry by that time knew about her liking him for being the "Chosen One" and her being a nasty piece of work.

Though most likely in the movie Harry hasn't met her yet. So I'm okay with it, plus it was hiliarous. I loved that Hermione smacked him with a book, and also Harry was joking. So no big deal.

I loved that they showed Harry protecting Ginny at the Burrow scene. I can't wait to see that!!!!

I don't think WB wants to give away much of H/G storyline. At least not in the trailer. You get some shots of them fighting together/standing togetyher but that's all.

So I didn't expect more than that shots of them at the burrow or maybe Quidditch scenes.

That's what I expect as well. I think WB wants to suprise the audience that haven't read the book, and to those who love the movies, but don't go nutty over every HP movie news and just see the film when it's out.

I still don't get the impression from that scene that Harry is checking Romilda out. That look on his face strikes me as merely surprised and kind of blank; compare it to the soft, sweet smile he has in that pic where Ginny's about to feed him; those two expressions are nothing alike. Nah, the impression I get is that he's merely enjoying the fact that she's checking him out.

This scene could take place when they first return to Hogwarts, so it's entirely possible he doesn't know anything about her yet, and therefore wouldn't be too bothered by her attention.

And anyway, the scene is really funny, with good acting from both Emma and Dan, so I'm enjoying watching it in the trailer... over and over and over.

So can we expect the US trailer to be any different when it surfaces? I don't remember how it's been in the past, whether the US trailers were different from the international ones.

That's possible. Harry does have this sarcastic humor. So he could be like cool a good looking girl is checking me out and when Hermione mentioned Romilda only liking him for thinking he is the "Chosen one."

Harry with his sarcastic jokes and picking on Hermione (treating her like his older sister), telling her that he is the chosen one.
