I know that we have many 'guests' here that read our board that haven't joined Fan Forum and I wanted to welcome you and invite you to join Fan Forum is a great, friendly community and offers the best in entertainment news and discussions in a wide variety of boards. We're all here for the same reason and whether you're a longtime fan or a new fan- we're all the same

Joining Fan Forum consists of just 3 simple pages of steps:

Page 1- asks for your date of birth

Page 2- States Fan Forum rules and asks you to agree to them

Page 3- asks for a username, password, your e-mail, and your time zone.

That's it. It's simple and easy and doesn't require your real name or anything very personal. Your e-mail is also kept absolutely confidential and will never be given out for soliciting purposes.

Addtional Rules 1. NO bashing of people, characters or 'ships. Ever. Keep the discussion civilized and respectful. 2. Please don't open new 'Shipper threads. We have limited the number of those threads. To find out if the couple you want to talk about has their own thread please check the Portkey. If you don't find a thread for your 'ship there, the Shipper thread is the place to discuss the 'ship. The same applies for the Game threads. 3. If you quote posts that contain pictures, please make sure you edit the quoted post to show only the link of the pictures. We don't need to see the same pictures over and over again in one thread. Plus, for people with a slow internet connection, a page with a lot of pictures takes ages to load. 4. Please make sure you post a note in the Portkey if you open a new thread. Helps us mods keep the Portkey updated Alternately, you can also PM me or baileycat sp we can add the new threads. 5. I know many of us are not native speakers of English and we can't expect everyone to speak or write perfect English. But please read over your posts before you hit the "submit" button. Mistakes in grammar and spelling could lead to unnecessary misunderstandings.

wow! total bashing ban! what a wonderful idea! that explains the lack of anti-threads which first puzzled me on this board.
Reckon that has a preventive effect on the rise of potential shipper-wars too. (not that HP would be the most likely place for such anyway, but...)
