This is the Fanforum Site Policy about spoiler pictures and avatars.

Pictures
• Pictures from promos that have already aired on television or shown at the movie theatre are not considered to be spoilers.
• Pictures of clips, sneak peaks, extended promos, episode stills and filming pictures that are available on the Internet and have not been aired on television or have not been shown at the movie theatre before the movie is released are considered to be spoilerish, and they should only be posted in designated threads for the upcoming episode or movie.

*Please note* We are allowing Half Blood Prince pictures to be posted on this forum only. If you choose to post them outside this forum please be respectful of other posters wishes to remain spoiler free and post it in either a link or give fair warning.

Avatars
• Avatars made from promos that have already aired on television or shown at the movie theatre are not considered to be spoilers.
• Avatars made from pictures of clips, sneak peaks, extended promos, episode stills and filming pictures should not be used until after the episode airs or until the movie is released, because avatars can be seen all over Fan Forum, and we want to respect the wishes of members that don’t want to see any spoilers for an upcoming episode.
• Avatars made from general promotional material at official websites or published in magazines are not considered to be spoilers.

To summarize, only officially released promo pictures and caps from trailers shown in a movie theatre or on television are allowed to be used in avatars.
