Memory loss and if a person have illness and others, it can be affect by using the pensieve..

I agree about memory loss. Especially if one uses the Pensieve a lot. What I like about the Pensieve is that you can easily look at old memories you've forgotten. Another danger is that when you look back at it, it can affect how you make decisions going forward. It's kind of like time-travelling without physically being there.

Yeah, exactly.. Plus I wonder if you get older and if you use it more and more then you will might lose it..

And I wonder how often Dumbledore uses it. Are there other Pensieves in the wizarding world? How often is one supposed to use it?

I agree that some memories might affect decisions, but also some memories might better stay hidden away, like detailed ones of being bullied or harmed. However, I agree that it's a fantastic way to remember stuff too, especially if you struggle with memories or are older.

On Pottermore, it only mentions the Hogwarts Pensieve but there are other advanced wizards and witches that my own one but it was not elaborated who.

Yes I think Snape is capable of owning a Pensieve. He's a great wizard.
